Club Codes of Conduct for Parents and Wrestlers

The code of conducts provided are for the parents and wrestlers. These code of conducts are to establish behaviors and actions that look favorable upon the club and that create an environment condusive for sportsmanship. Education is of the utmost importance and we will support parents and guardians in this endeavor. All sports are a privledge but should not be used as leverage in order for your wrestler to do what is right. This will cause the wrestler to dislike sports and decide not to play at all. Communication is key. We encourage parents to inform us of less than desirable grades and bad conduct. This will allow us to work with the wrestler and try to come to a resolution. All of the wrestlers are important to the team and any that we lose hurts the team. It is our goal to retain each wrestler by assisting with education and conduct issues. We encourage each of you to give a helping hand whenever we see a wrestler in need of help. Each of us have special skills and with these skills we can try to assist the wrestler in order to keep them on the mat and continue training.
